1. Are you using Windows XP, Vista, or 7?
2. What version of Firefox/Internet Explorer are you using? (To find out, click on the 'Help' menu of your browser, and then click on 'About')
3. Are you using a 32-bit or 64-bit operating system? (To find out, open Internet Explorer and navigate to https://test.netsecuretechnologies.com/simulation/osinfo.html. The second line will say "Operating System Type" and tell you if you have a 32-bit or 64-bit operating system.)
4. What kind of antivirus/security software are you using?
5. If you received any error messages, what did they say?
6. If applicable, on what website(s) did you encounter problems?
