The Position:

As an integral member of our User Experience team, you will be our company’s primary ambassador. From technical support, to user training and product related questions, whenever our customers have questions or concerns, you will be responsible for taking care of them.

You will also have the opportunity to take part in creating new methods to help customers solve their problems directly and take part in responding to social media questions from our customers.

The Candidate:

You are incredibly comfortable with computers, the internet and online shopping. Known for your patience, your interpersonal skills, and your ability to teach, you have a solid background in customer service, or user training.

You have some post-secondary education and are interested in learning and developing your skills.

Finally, you are a reliable self starter who is comfortable learning new things and working in an environment that always changes.
