Update - SmartSwipe now officially supports Firefox. For more information, please read our blog article, or to download our Firefox version, please visit our downloads page.
My name is Daniel McCann and I am the President of NetSecure. I understand that many of you have been patiently waiting for a Firefox compatible version of SmartSwipe, and I want to write to apologize for the many delays in the project.
Our entire development team is working very hard to get our Firefox version released. This is our company’s number one priority and I am pleased to tell you that we are very close. We will be starting a pre-release Beta trial shortly. If you are interesting in participating in the trial, please send an email to support@smartswipe.ca and we will contact you shortly.
Finally, I know that many of you have chosen to use SmartSwipe within Internet Explorer while we finish up our Firefox version. I understand that it is frustrating to be unable to use your browser of choice for shopping online. Your patience and perseverance exemplify why SmartSwipe has the best customers in the industry. We are dedicated to returning the favor.
To show our dedication, we’d like you to have a say in the future of SmartSwipe. We have set up a customer panel where you can provide feedback and suggestions for how to make SmartSwipe even better. As always, any new features will be provided free of charge to existing customers.
