Job Description

NetSecure Technologies Ltd. has recently launched the first of a series of new products that has achieved wide market acceptance and critical acclaim.  As such, it is critical that the successful candidate be self motivated, hard working and possess the ability to quickly adapt during a period of rapid growth.  Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development, the successful candidate will have primary responsibility for sales functions, while actively participating as part of an Executive team.  

Experience and established relationships within the payment industry are essential.  Candidates without direct experience in this sector need not apply.

   Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Participating in the development of the company’s strategic planning as it relates to the financial sector and payment industry.
  2. Promote and maintain positive relations with key financial industry players, major partners, and vendors.
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies and methodology.
  4. Prepare and administer the company’s projected sales budget for the year.
  5. Prepare sales forecasts and track sales results.
  6. Oversee the hiring and employee development within the sales department as required.
  7. Set objectives and monitor employee performance against such objectives.
  8. Represent the company externally. Meet with the media, government agencies, IT specialists, and the general public.
  9. Maintain current and extensive knowledge with industry trends and developments.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior level sales position.
  • Extensive knowledge of the nuances of the financial and payment industry.
  • Widespread knowledge of Customer Relationship Management
  • Ability to motivate team members and manage concurrent projects.
  • Ability to digest and analyze large volumes of information.
  • Excellent verbal, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptionally strong leadership and networking skills.
