It is another incredibly common question. "I swiped my card, Regular SafeCheckout started up, and the protected icons appeared in the boxes on the web page. What happens if I do not want to finish the transaction? Can I cancel it or will my card get billed?"

Â

Thankfully, cancelling a Regular SafeCheckout transaction is incredibly easy. In the upper right hand corner of your web browser window, you will see a simulated credit card with your name, expiry information and part of your credit card number. Right above that is a button marked "Cancel Protection". If you click the button marked "Cancel Protection", it will cancel that transaction and securely dispose of your credit card number.

Â

Do not worry - your credit card information is never stored - if you do not complete a transaction, that information is disposed of in a completely secure way.
