Installing SmartSwipe is quick and easy. But if you have any problems, you can always contact us:

Installing the Software:

1. Navigate to www.smartswipe.ca/downloads to download the latest version of the installation software.
2. Run the installation package.
3. Follow the prompts and restart your computer when asked.

Attaching the SmartSwipe Device:

1. Gently plug the attached USB cable into an open USB port on your computer. If you need help finding your USB ports, consult your manufacturer, or consider reading this article on how USB works.
