Consider this example scenario - shown in Figures 1 and 2. Customized Protection starts, but you notice that one box, the Credit Card Number box, has a grey button with a minus sign beside it. To review, that grey button with the minus sign means that Customized Protection has ignored that box. More review - the following fields should always be protected (if they appear on a payment page) Since Credit Card Number is such a critical kind of information, you should make sure to always protect those boxes. To do so (in this scenario), click on the grey button shown in Figure 1. This will open up the entire box as shown in Figure 2. Since SmartSwipe is pointing at a box marked Credit Card number, please hover your mouse over the Credit Card and double click to accept it. To conclude, if Customized Protection ignores a field that should be protected, follow these steps: - Click on the grey button beside the box you would like to protect
- Hover your mouse over the appropriate area on the simulated credit card.
- Double click to accept it
