Consider this example scenario - shown in Figures 1 and 2.

Customized Protection starts and the dialogue box points to a box marked "Postal Code".  The dialogue box asks, "Should this box contain your Card Security Code (CVV)?"

The first step is to answer the first question.  In this case, you would select 'no', your Postal Code is not your Card Security Code!

After you select 'no', the rest of the box will open up to display a simulated credit card.  This simulated credit card is basically a clickable map - you point to what should go in that box and then double click to accept it.  Or, if the contents of the box do not need to be protected, click "None of the Above"

In this scenario, SmartSwipe is pointing at a box marked "Postal Code/Zip Code".  Since Postal Codes are publically available and of no use to criminals, select "None of the Above."

To conclude, if Customized Protection is incorrect, follow these steps:

  1. Select 'no', the identification is not correct
  2. Either select what kind of information should go in the box, or click 'None of the Above' if the contents of that box do not need to be protected.

(Figure 2 - When you click 'no' it will open up the rest of the box.  Either select the correct kind of information that should go in the box, or select 'None of the Above'. In this case, click 'None of the Above', postal codes do not need to be protected.)
