This document will go in depth and provide you with more information on each of these options. You can use this button to manually force SmartSwipe to start up Customized Protection. Â Customized Protection lets you manually select which boxes you want to protect. Â Protect Exposed Card Numbers For your security, we recommend that you keep this button checked. Use this option to check to see if there is a new version of the SmartSwipe software available. Â The SmartSwipe team is constantly working to refine SmartSwipe - use this button to access their latest changes! The most important option within this area is in the database tab. Â This tab controls how frequently SmartSwipe checks for an update to the database. Â Help: This item is an easy way to link to our support page. This items gives you information on your version number and your installation ID. Â If you contact customer support, they may ask what version of the software you are running. Â | |
