If you click 'Please click here to use the SmartSwipe' and the wizard shows "Device not Attached", we encourage you to follow these steps to try and resolve the problem:
  1. Make sure that the card reader is plugged in properly and that the USB connector is free of dust.  The first thing you should do when you get this error is unplug the card reader and then plug it back in again.
  2. If that does not solve the problem, we encourage you to save your cart on the shopping site, and try rebooting your computer.  Rebooting your computer can solve all sorts of problems
  3. Finally, if rebooting your computer does not solve the problem, please contact the SmartSwipe Support Team
