If you click 'Please click here to use the SmartSwipe' and the wizard shows "Device not Attached", we encourage you to follow these steps to try and resolve the problem: - Make sure that the card reader is plugged in properly and that the USB connector is free of dust. Â The first thing you should do when you get this error is unplug the card reader and then plug it back in again.
- If that does not solve the problem, we encourage you to save your cart on the shopping site, and try rebooting your computer. Â Rebooting your computer can solve all sorts of problems
