NetSecure and Woman's World magazine are teaming up to give away a $750.00 CDN prepaid credit card and a SmartSwipe home Credit Card Reader. Contest open to USA and Canadian Residents.

CONTEST PERIOD:
The Contest begins at 12:00:00 A.M. Eastern Time (ET) Zone on October 15^th, 2009 and ends at 11:59 P.M. ET on Dec 8th 2009 (“Contest Period”). You are responsible for determining the corresponding time zone in your respective locations. Winner will be selected on December 9th, 2009 at 3pm. The winner will be notified by December 11th, 2009 via email.

HOW TO WIN?
During the Contest Period, eligible entries that register on-line at the SmartSwipe Website will create the entry pool. The Prize Winner will be selected on approximately Dec 9th, 2009 after the end of the Promotion Period by random computer selection of the entry pool.

Contest open to USA and Canadian residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older on December 8, 2009.  This contest is void in Quebec and where otherwise prohibited by law.

Entries must complete registration on or by the closing date of the draw. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. For purposes of these Sweepstakes, "receipt" of an internet entry occurs when Sponsor's servers record the entry information resulting from the entrant clicking the "Submit Entry" button. All entries shall become the property of NetSecure. NetSecure Technologies LTD. is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries. Entries received by telephone, fax, courier or personal delivery will not be accepted. 

One entry per person.  The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.   Decisions of the contest judges are final - no substitutions will be available. If a winner declines to accept a prize, or in the event that a prize or prize notification is returned as undelivered, the winner will be disqualified and NetSecure may elect, at its own discretion, to select an alternate winner.  Automated entries (including but not limited to entries submitted using any robot, script, macro, or other automated service) are not permitted and will be disqualified.  NetSecure is not responsible for any failure of the website during the Contest Period, including any telephone problems or technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at the website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading any material related to the Contest, all of which may affect a person's ability to participate in the Contest.
